About Jec Ballou (https://jecballou.com):

Raised in a horse training family, Jec has developed a thorough, correct, and straightforward approach to improving performance for horses and riders alike. She is a nationally recognized educator on equine conditioning and gymnastic development, and is a dedicated rider, competitor, author, clinician and athlete.

Jec has trained and competed through dressage FEI levels, Western Dressage, long distance trail riding, Ride & Tie, breed shows and many other disciplines.
